RETURN POLICY

Our soy candles are custom made to order, if you are unhappy with a scent choice that you have made unfortunately you can cannot return your candle.

Items that have arrived with small minor damage will be given a store credit/half refund of the price of the candle. The candle can still be burnt so a replacement for small minor detail issues is not an option. We are however able to give you a discount for your next purchase. To obtain this, please take a photo and send as proof of damage.
Items that have completely broken in half will be fully refunded or a replacement will be sent.

Please send photos of your damaged products to kcalchemy@gmail.com, through instagram or facebook messenger.

I'VE RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER

We are two lost mums navigating a hectic business so we are so sorry that this has happened to you, lets get it fixed!

Please take a photo of the parcel you received and your original order confirmation and email it to: kcalchemy@gmail.com

We will send you a return to sender label and once received we will have your correct order posted to you!

Gift cards are now available through our site.

Gift cards hold an expiration date of 3 year expiration date due to the COVID19 changes through the government,
